Prices / Payment

PARKERTEK charge a basic rate by appointment fee of £30 Per Hour with a maximum of £100.00 per day (capped) for Servicing/Repairing PC's. After the first hour the hourly rate will drop to £20 per hour, this applies to a 5 mile radius of SELBY only.

A Callout Fee applies to Domestic and Commercial customers out of the Selby District to cover Petrol and Insurance costs (at the appropriate rate, see table below). There is no call out fee for Selby Customers except for out-of-hours times, however if a repeat visit to the customers property is necessary then a minimum charge of £10.00 will be made to cover Petrol & Insurance (This fee will vary if outside the Selby District).(see table below). NO FIX NO FEE OFFER expired on 31/12/2010 and is no longer valid. Quotes and Estimations are completely free of charge.

Computer Consultancy & 1-2-1 Learning is £10.00 Per Hour (uncapped charges) estimates are completely free of charge. Call Out fee's apply for non-Selby customers face to face consultation (please see below table).

Virus Removal and Password Removal is charged at £30 fixed rate fee. Call Out fee's apply for non-Selby customers.

Payment in Cash is encouraged, but Online Bank is accepted. PARKERTEK accept debit and credit cards through GOOGLE Checkout and by PAYPAL pay by e-mail address alan@parkertek.co.uk.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT PAYMENT IS DUE IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR REPAIR OR SERVICE IS COMPLETE ON YOUR PC/LAPTOP/NETBOOK. IF YOUR PC REMAINS ON OUR PROPERTY FOR OVER 7 WORKING DAYS THEN A HOLDING CHARGE WILL BE LEVIED OF £15.00 TO COVER INSURANCE AND ADMINISTRATION.
